3 in 1 is a combined machine which combines decoiler, straightener and feeder together. It is specially designed for the producing of wide material and material with high yield strength. The feeding rollers and straightening rollers of the equipment are specially treated with high hardness, wear resistance and long service life. The surface of the rollers is treated with hard chromium plating to increase the surface smoothness of the roller. Some special materials are sandblasted to ensure the feeding accuracy will not be affected due to slipping during the feeding process; a new type of automatic oiling device (optional) is equipped at the output, and the oiling rollers are wool felt, which is conducive to the protection of the material surface and even mixing of the oil layer. Adopt the Japanese servo motor to ensure high-precision feeding; the operation panel adopts the color LCD, large-scale touch screen, high-definition operation picture, cooperate with the operation safety protection system, even the green users can operate safely; the perfect operation system humanized design shortens the preparation work. 1 The upper 4 and lower 4 roller structure is better than the general upper 4 and lower 3 roller structure, and the flatness is easier to adjust. The fifth roller is a movable eccentric roller, which is convenient to adjust the feeding direction of the coil, and provides users with more security.
2 Leveling roller and feeding roller are solid rollers. High-quality bearing steel is selected as raw material. After heat treatment and quenching HRC 60 °, hard chromium plating and grinding twice, the rollers are with high hardness, wear resistance and long service life. High precision roller ensures material stress relief and leveling.
3 Anti roll function of decoiler: anti roll function is added to the decoiler to prevent opposite winding of material when the coil is nearly used.
4 Both the side plate and the tile are all made of steel plate. The cast iron and even cast steel structure usually used in the industry is not selected to prevent the screw teeth from deforming and damaging during the maintenance and disassembly after the screw is glued, or the tile and the head are damaged due to collision.
5 Observation hole: the observation hole of material head is reserved, which is convenient for the operator to observe the position of material head, so as to prevent the material head from suffocating and being difficult to take out due to the over-pressure jam caused by the unskilled operation.
6 Feeding roller: after long-term experience accumulation, the structure of feeding roller is subversive, more stable, convenient, without any sequelae.
7 Tile structure: the tile is made of diameter 508 seamless steel pipe, which ensures the uniformity of inner circle and prevents the inner ring deformation caused by linear contact when the material is used to the inner ring, resulting in waste
8 Discharge roller: it adopts the retractable structure to facilitate the switching of moulds with different lengths, and extends the roller to the entrance of the mould as far as possible
9 The appearance of each machine is fine and the sheet metal is bent and processed as much as possible to avoid welding. With reasonable design, the sheet metal is treated with baking paint and beautiful color, and the paint color can be changed according to the needs of customers to match main machine color. 10 Wireless remote control handle is used for trolley and mold adjusting handle to avoid the trouble of dragging wire, which makes the site clean and beautiful.
