^{3 in 1 is a combined machine which combines decoiler, straightener and feeder together. It is specially designed for the producing of wide material and material with high yield strength.}

^{The feeding rollers and straightening rollers of the equipment are specially treated with high hardness, wear resistance and long service life. The surface of the rollers is treated with hard chromium plating to increase the surface smoothness of the roller.}

 

^{Some special materials are sandblasted to ensure the feeding accuracy will not be affected due to slipping during the feeding process; a new type of automatic oiling device (optional) is equipped at the output, and the oiling rollers are wool felt, which is conducive to the protection of the material surface and even mixing of the oil layer.}

Product Description

Three-in-one feeder. MAF4-600  The feeder 3 in 1 for middle-thickness material.

-The feeder 3 in 1 is a comprehensive device equipped with uncoiler, straightener and feeder three parts. It is designed with the advantages of less space occupying and higher feeding accuracy.
-The specially made automatic towing system for thick and the wider material, which reduced the human labor, improved work efficiency and avoided the danger in material towing.
-Material pressed arm holds the material tightened. While the uncoiler moves, the motor in the arm runs in opposite direction and faster, which guarantees the material hold tightly.
-The hydraulic expansion of the uncoiler brings great convenience to the loading of material. The disk braking sustem improves the stability of uncoiler which stopping and protected the speed reducer and motor.
-The straightener and feeder are designed on the same frame, powered by the same servo-motor, so the strip will be clampled more tighten and less sliding while feeding, the feeding accuracy and stability achieved. The height of the frame can be adjusted in case of the different height of the die.
-Optional: coil loading trolley, convenient for coil loading and safe operation; hydraulic scissors, used for cutting the deformed material head and tail; open-able leveling unit, brings convenience for the cleaning of leveling rollers, suitable for products with high surface requirements; feeder for the end of coil, suitable for H type press, because of the feeder is far from mold, the feeder designed for the feeding of the end of coil about 2m to improve the material utilization rate.
